one. This letter will confirm that the present practice of supplying coveralls to Engineering, Shipping, Receiving, Lab, Cement House and Banbury employees will continue. The Company will ensure that a sufficient supply of clean coveralls are available (clean pair for each working shift). Employees are expected to co-operate with this program. Should the Company stop this program a clothing allowance fee structure will be re-implemented. The Company will meet the Union Bargaining Committee to establish the employee allowances.
