Common use of GUILD MEMBERSHIP Clause in Contracts

GUILD MEMBERSHIP. 1. Any employee who is a member of the Guild on the date of execution of this contract, and any employee who becomes a member of the Guild on or after the date of execution of this contract, will as a condition of employment maintain his/her membership in good standing in the Guild.
