Common use of GUILD MEMBERSHIP Clause in Contracts

GUILD MEMBERSHIP. 3.1 All employees who, on the date of the signing of this Agreement, are members of the Guild in good standing in accordance with its constitution and bylaws, or who may later join the Guild, and all new employees shall, as a condition of their employment maintain their membership in the Guild in good standing. An employee dismissed under this Article shall not receive severance pay.
