Common use of Grievance Time Limits Clause in Contracts

Grievance Time Limits. All appeals of duly filed grievances not submitted by the MPSO or employee (hereinafter referred to as "member"), within the time limit specified, shall be termed abandoned grievances and as such shall be considered as being resolved in favor of the City and not subject to provisions of this CONTRACT ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURE. By mutual agreement, the parties may waive any of the steps contained in this CONTRACT ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURE.
