Common use of Grievance Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Grievance Proceedings. An employee, or representative of the Association who is mutually scheduled to participate during working hours in grievance proceedings, conferences or meetings with representatives of District shall suffer no loss in pay. School Facilities and Equipment Use: The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment at reasonable times when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use. Meeting Sites: The Association and its affiliates may use District buildings for meetings and to transact official business except priority shall be given to instructional use. Prior arrangements must be made.
