Common use of Grievance Files Clause in Contracts

Grievance Files. Written grievances and responses will be maintained separately from the personnel files of the employees. Should the Employer determine that the separately maintained grievance file is responsive to a request pursuant to RCW 42.56, it will provide a minimum of ten (10) days notice to the Union and the grievant prior to release.
