Grant in Trust. Trustor irrevocably grants, conveys, and transfers to Trustee, its successors and assigns, in trust, pursuant to this Deed of Trust, Security Agreement, Assignment of Rents and Leases, and Fixture Filing (“Deed of Trust”) and Kentucky law, WITH POWER OF SALE AND RIGHT OF ENTRY AND POSSESSION, all of Trustor’s right, title, and interest in and to that real property (“Premises”) situated in the County of , State of Kentucky , more particularly described on Exhibit “A” attached and, by this reference, incorporated in this Deed of Trust.
