DEA, pursuant to the authority of 21 U.S.C. § 873, proposes to provide certain necessary funds and THE AGENCY is desirous of securing funds. As used in this Letter of Agreement, the terms “marijuana” and “illicit cannabis” only refer to cannabis or cannabis-derived materials that contain more than 0.3% delta-9-THC on a dry weight basis, in accordance with the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) (21 U.S.C. § 802(16)).
