Goods and Services Tax (GST. In this clause, the expressions ‘Australian law’, ‘consideration’, ‘GST’ and ‘input tax credit’, have the meanings given to those expressions in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999. Funding made under this Agreement is a payment specifically covered by an appropriation under Australian law, which is not the provision of consideration for GST purposes. OEH’s financial assistance to the Recipient under this Agreement will be based upon a Project’s actual costs, less any input tax credits the Recipient is entitled to.
