Good Faith Efforts to Limit Cost. In conducting any purchases of Government Securities under the Program, whether by way of reverse auction or otherwise, the Bank shall make good faith, commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that its bids are made at such prices as shall limit the aggregate Cost of the Subject Government Securities so purchased, provided that, for greater certainty, the foregoing shall not require the Bank to seek or transact at the lowest available price.
