Goal Setting and Submission of Objectives. Unit Members scheduled for evaluation shall develop program objectives and submit them to the evaluator prior to the end of the 40th day of instruction. The Unit Member and evaluator shall meet to discuss the overall evaluation procedure and mutually agree upon the objectives as necessary.   • Scheduling Objectives The following scheduling objectives contained in the Collective Agreement shall apply to all nurses working ten (10) hour tours as follows:
