Giai đoạn đầu. Trong năm 2018 Ba bên tiến hành ký kết hợp đồng này và bên B nộp lần đầu 50 tỷ VND vào tài khoản Công ty CP điện NLMT Đăkglun ( trong vòng 10 ngày làm việc ) Hiện tại bên A và 2 cổ đông đã lập xong Công ty CP điện năng lượng mặt trời Đăkglun & Giấy phép kinh doanh số: 3801166845 được cấp ngày 07/2/2018 bởi Sở kế hoạch và đầu tư tỉnh Bình phước Trụ sở: Thôn 0, xx xxxxx 00, Xxxxx Xx Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxxx Vốn điều lệ: 260 tỷ đồng, gồm 3 cổ đông Bên A chiếm 200 tỷ VND, bên C chiếm 10 tỷ VND và nhà đầu tư chiếm 50 tỷ VND.Như vậy Bên B sẽ thay thế nhà đầu tư nói trên. Đồng thời Bên B nộp tiền vào tài khoản Công ty CP điện năng lượng mặt trời Đăkglun 50 tỷ VND được gọi là tiền nộp mua cổ phần. Bằng 2 đợt: Đợt đầu 30 tỷ VND và đợt tiếp 20 tỷ VND. Studijním údajům, vylepšením, na vývoj, k objevům, vynálezům, dílům, know-how a dalším právům (ať už patentovatelným či nikoli), vytvořeným, vyvinutým, a/nebo uvedeným do praxe v důsledku nebo v souvislosti s prováděním Studie, a/nebo používáním Studijního léku nebo Důvěrných informací společně s právy duševního vlastnictví s nimi souvisejícími (dále jen „Duševní vlastnictví“). Poskytovatel bude neprodleně písemně informovat PSI a Zadavatele o veškerém Duševním vlastnictví vytvořeném Poskytovatelem, Hlavním zkoušejícím a/nebo Studijním personálem. Na žádost Zadavatele zajistí Poskytovatel převod veškerých práv a zájmů týkajících se Duševního vlastnictví na Zadavatele bez další odměny a poskytne přiměřenou součinnost k získání patentu včetně zajištění podpisu dokumentů k převodu objevu nebo jiných dokumentů.
