General Review of Contract Documents. A. The Contractor shall perform all Work and shall furnish, at its own cost and expense, all labor, materials, equipment, and other facilities, except as herein otherwise provided, as may be necessary and proper for performing and completing the Work. The Contractor shall be responsible for the entire Work until Completion of all Work has been achieved.
