Interpretation of Contract. In the event of a conflict or question involving the provisions of any part of this Contract, interpretation and clarification as necessary shall be determined by the County’s assigned buyer. If disagreement exists between the Contractor and the County’s assigned buyer in interpreting the provision(s), final interpretation and clarification shall be determined by the County’s Purchasing Agent or his designee.
Interpretation of Contract. This Contract shall not be construed for or against any party by reason of the authorship or alleged authorship of any provision. The paragraph headings contained in this Contract are for ease of reference only and shall not be used in construing or interpreting this Contract.
Interpretation of Contract. This Contract is made under and is subject to the laws of the State of California in all respects as to interpretation, construction, operation, effect, and performance.
Interpretation of Contract. All of the documents comprising the Contract should be read as complementary, so that what is called for by one is called for by all. Ambiguities should be construed in favor of a broader scope of work for the A/E, as the intent of the Contract is, with specific identified exceptions, to require the A/E to assume entire responsibility for construction of the Project. If there is any inconsistency among the documents comprising the Contract, the order of precedence among them is as follows, with the first listed document having the highest priority: this Agreement and its Exhibits, the General Conditions, and the Construction Documents released by the Department. Any Change Order issued and executed by the Department shall supersede those portions of earlier dated contract documents to which it pertains.
Interpretation of Contract. This instrument shall constitute the sole agreement between the Member and the BSC. Interpretation of this contract shall be the responsibility of the Administrative Committee. The Administrative Committee is responsible for processing appeals of Members regarding interpretations of this contract, payment of bills, delinquencies, fines, request for refunds, and for interpreting the Administrative Code. The Administrative Committee is composed of BSC members. Actions by the Administrative Committee are subject to approval by, and may be appealable to, the Board of Directors and/or committees established by the Board of Directors to hear such interpretations/appeals. If any section or part of this agreement is deemed illegal or inoperative by operation of law, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The Member and the BSC assume that the statements made on this contract are correct and that the signatures hereon are valid.
Interpretation of Contract. BAC Productions shall have the full power in the interpretation, contraction and enforcement of all contract terms, rules, regulations and agreements set forth herein. Any alteration or modification of this contract shall be in writing and signed by the parties hereto.

If disagreement exists between CONTRACTOR and COUNTY’S assigned DPA in interpreting the provision(s), final interpretation and clarification shall be determined by COUNTY’S Purchasing Agent or his designee.
Interpretation of Contract. A. Where appropriate: the singular includes the plural and vice versa; references to statutes or regulations include all statutory or regulatory provisions consolidating, amending or replacing the statute or regulation referred to; unless otherwise indicated references to Rules are to the adopted rules in the Florida Administrative Code; the words "including," "includes" and "include" shall be deemed to be followed by the words "without limitation"; unless otherwise indicated references to sections, appendices or schedules are to this Contract; words such as "herein," "hereof" and "hereunder" shall refer to the entire document in which they are contained and not to any particular provision or section; words not otherwise defined which have well-known technical or construction industry meanings, are used in accordance with such recognized meanings; references to Persons include their respective permitted successors and assigns and, in the case of Governmental Persons, Persons succeeding to their respective functions and capacities; and words of any gender used herein shall include each other gender where appropriate.
