Common use of General Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

General Responsibilities. Each Party undertakes to each other Party to use reasonable endeavours to perform and fulfil, promptly, actively and on time, all of its obligations under the Contract and this Consortium Agreement (including in particular the submission to the Commission of the forecasts and statements pursuant to the Contract Annex II Article 17(3)).
