GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR COLLECTION CARTS AND RECYCLE BINS. The City's prior Contractor purchased and distributed Garbage Carts and Recycle Bins to the Residential Curbside Customers. All of the Garbage Carts and Recycle Bins are the property of the current contactor. in the City. All of these Garbage Carts and Recycling Bins are the property of the Contractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for garbage carts and recycling container maintenance and replacement of such containers. Contractor will be responsible to maintain, repair, and replace wheeled carts, as necessary, during the term of this agreement. Contractor will also be responsible to purchase and supply carts to new houses that are added to the City’s rolls throughout the term of the contract. Such carts will be owned by the City at the end of the contract. The Contractor shall purchase all of the Recycle Bins, and Collection Carts that the Contractor is required to provide pursuant to this Section 28. The new Collection Carts and Recycle Bins shall be stored, stockpiled, assembled, and delivered in compliance with the requirements in this Agreement. . The Contractor shall be responsible for recycling containers maintenance and replacement of such containers. Contractor will be responsible to maintain, repair, and replace, as necessary, during the term of this agreement. Contractor will also be responsible to purchase and supply bins to new houses that are added to the City’s rolls throughout the term of the contract. . Such carts and bins will be owned by the City at the end of the contract. Recycle Carts shall be thirty-five (35) gallons. The color shall be a blue body with blue (containers) or orange lids (paper). Residential Garbage Carts shall be twenty (18-20), thirty-five (35 34-36), sixty-five (6564-66), and ninety-five (9594-96) gallons. The color shall be black with black lids. gray with gray lids. Recycle Carts shall be thirty-five (35) and sixty-five (65) gallons, 96 gallon. The color shall be a blue body with blue (commingle) or orange lids (paper). Organics Carts shall be twenty (20) gallons to 96 gallon. The color shall be green with green lids Commercial Garbage Carts shall be ninety-five (95) gallons. The color shall be black with black lids. Commercial Garbage Carts shall be ninety-five (9594-96) gallons. The color shall be gray with gray lids.
