Auto Liability Where the services to be provided under this Contract involve or require the use of any type of vehicle by Contractor in order to perform said services, Contractor shall also provide comprehensive business or commercial automobile liability coverage including non-owned and hired automobile liability in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00). ❒ Insurance Reduction or Waiver of Coverage Requested (Exhibit “C”)
PARTY LIABILITY Contractor’s total liability under this Agreement, whether for breach of contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, in tort or otherwise, is limited to the price of the particular products/services sold hereunder. Contractor agrees either to refund the purchase price or to repair or replace product(s) that are not as warranted. Contractor accepts liability to repay, and shall repay upon demand to END USER, any amounts determined by H-GAC, its independent auditors, or any state or federal agency, to have been paid in violation of the terms of this Agreement.
Third Party Liability 23.1 For the purposes of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 this Agreement is not intended to, and does not, give any person who is not a party to it any right to enforce any of its provisions.
Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. Site of Care Program For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. For a list of medical prescription drugs that are subject to this Site of Care Program, visit our website. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal. See Appeals in Section 5 for information on how to file a medical appeal.
Sponsorship As required by section 286.25, F.S., if the Provider is a non-governmental organization which sponsors a program financed wholly or in part by State funds, including any funds obtained through this Contract, it shall, in publicizing, advertising, or describing the sponsorship of the program state: “Sponsored by (Provider's name) and the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families”. If the sponsorship reference is in written material, the words “State of Florida, Department of Children and Families” shall appear in at least the same size letters or type as the name of the organization.
Business Auto Liability The automobile liability insurance provided by the Contractor shall conform to the requirements hereinafter set forth:
Security Services In performing the Services, the Agent shall properly comply at all times with, and perform all of, the Security Procedures.

Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) governs the operation of MACS schools and owns, governs and operates the School.
Security Systems The Service may not be compatible with security systems. You may be required to maintain a telephone connection through your local exchange carrier in order to use any alarm monitoring functions for any security system installed in your home or business. You are responsible for contacting the alarm monitoring company to test the compatibility of any alarm monitoring or security system with the Service.
