Future Responsibilities. Upon completion of the T. H. 00 xxxxxxxx xxxx located between Prior Avenue and C.S.A.H. 96 construction, the City will accept full and total responsibility and all obligations and liabilities arising out of or by reason of the use, operation, maintenance, repair and reconstruction of said frontage road and all of the facilities constructed as part of this Agreement, without cost or expense to the State.
