Common use of Future Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Future Adjustments. The parties agree that this Agreement does not constitute an expectation of receiving the enumerated retirement benefits by any current employee, future employee, prospective employee or applicant beyond the expiration of this Agreement. Therefore, except as otherwise limited by applicable law, it is understood that the Corporation and Association may in the future bargain modifications of any kind to this provision, provided however, that any future revision(s) of this Agreement shall not affect the retirement benefits of Teachers already receiving benefits pursuant to this Section.
