Common use of Funding and Payment Clause in Contracts

Funding and Payment. 14.1 In consideration of the Services to be provided by the Contractor, the ESFA agrees to pay the Contractor the amounts set out in Appendix 1 (“the Maximum Contract Value”) on condition that the Contractor delivers the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract and the Funding Rules.
