Function of the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee shall implement this Alliance and shall be responsible for determining policy with respect to all matters within the scope of this Alliance. The Executive Committee will further serve to resolve any disputes between the parties arising under the Alliance prior to going into litigation. Each member of the Executive Committee shall be entitled to one vote. All decisions by the Executive Committee shall be by a super majority consent (greater than 2/3 or 67% of those members present).

  • Decision of the Board The decision of the majority shall be the decision of the Board. Where there is no majority decision, the decision of the Chairperson shall be the decision of the Board. The decision of the Board of Arbitration shall be final, binding and enforceable on all parties, and may not be changed.
