FULLTIME WAGES. 4.01 The wage scales for fulltime employees shall be as follows: Effective: 08/01/08 Effective: 02/01/09 Explanation of Top Wage Rates: The wage scale shall be adjust- ed on both August 1 and February 1 of each year of this Agreement, pursuant to Article 34 and Article 41 of the National Master United Parcel Service Agreement and in conjunction with Article 30 of the Western Region of Teamsters UPS Supplemental Agreement. (On August 1, 2008, pursuant to Article 30 of the WRT Supplemental Agreement, twenty-five cents ($0.25) was diverted to wages result- ing in the wages listed above.) a. Package drivers pulling TP-60 trailers will receive a premium of twenty cents ($0.20) per hour on days when said work is performed. 4.02 Full-time clerical employees and G.S.E. Mechanics will be covered by the Employer’s Welfare plans. 4.03 The Utility Driver rate of pay will be fifteen dollars and fifty- one cents ($15.51) or for the regular rate of the employee, whichev- er is greater.

  • Overtime for Part-Time Employees ‌ (a) A part-time employee working less than the normal hours per day of a full-time employee, and who is required to work longer than their regular workday, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked, up to and including the normal hours in the workday of a full-time employee. (b) A part-time employee working less than the normal days per week of a full-time employee, and who is required to work other than their regularly scheduled workdays, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the days so worked up to and including the normal workdays in the workweek of a full-time employee. (c) Overtime rates shall apply to hours worked in excess of (a) and (b) above.

  • Apprentice Wages (a) Apprentices’ rates of pay are set out in Appendix B which includes the description of the calculations.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.

  • Contractor Employee Conduct The Contractor’s employees shall adhere to the standards of conduct prescribed in the Customer’s personnel policy and procedure guidelines, particularly rules of conduct, security procedures, and any other applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Customer. The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s employees wear attire suitable for the position, either a standard uniform or business casual dress.

  • Overtime-Eligible Employees Employees who are covered by the overtime provisions of state and federal law.
