Full-Time Equivalency Clause Samples
Full-Time Equivalency. The full time equivalency of each part-time teacher shall be determined by dividing the number of daily scheduled work hours by six (6) or, in the case of unequal daily hours, dividing the number of weekly scheduled work hours by thirty.
Full-Time Equivalency. The Superintendent will be employed for 0.80 full-time equivalency for the contract period which one day a week she may work remotely if the school calendar allows.
Full-Time Equivalency. A. A full-time teacher has seven-and-a-half hours per day of duty time with time set aside for lunch in compliance with ORC Section 3319.11.
B. Less than full-time teachers shall receive a salary proportional to the amount of time they are expected to be on duty.
Full-Time Equivalency. In the event that a contract employee or an hourly part time employee becomes a regular part time employee or a full time employee, his/her name shall be added to the appropriate list and his/her seniority shall be calculated on the basis of his/her hours actually worked during the last engagement as a contract employee or an hourly part time employee. For additional clarity, seniority shall be calculated using the 1820 hour full-time equivalency formula.
Full-Time Equivalency. For purposes of insurance benefits, a full-time employee (1.0 FTE) shall be any employee working 1,440 or more hours during the year. An employee working less 1,440 hours during the year shall be entitled to a partial FTE benefit allocation and FTE shall be calculated by dividing the employee’s total regularly-scheduled hours for the year by 1,440. Total regularly-scheduled hours does not include paid holidays or paid vacation days for employees who work less than year-round.
Full-Time Equivalency. Seniority in the full-time and part-time bargaining units will be deemed interchangeable. In the case of a part-time employee, 1950 hours' work shall be the equivalent of one (1) year's full-time seniority and vice versa.
Full-Time Equivalency. A part-time teacher's full time equivalency (1.0 FTE) is calculated in half-day increments annually by the business office. Each half-day increment is considered 0.10
