Instructional Facilities. A. All areas which are used for purposes of instruction or instructional preparation shall be adequately heated, cooled, cleaned and maintained. These areas will also include a desk and chair for the MBU. In the event that temperatures become a detriment to the instructional process, every reasonable effort shall be made to remedy the problem, including but not limited to the provision of additional heating/cooling units.

Instructional Facilities. The Board shall provide a work space, access to a laptop and/or computer, and a file cabinet with drawers for every teacher.
Instructional Facilities. Sierra College of Beauty occupies a floor space of approximately 5000 square feet which is divided into reception area, offices, dispensary, theory and practical classrooms, clinic, student lounge, and restrooms for male and female students. Dressers, shampoo bowls, sterilizers, manicuring tables and stools, mannequins, dryers, portable dryers, and other equipment is furnished for the benefit of students. Educational classroom equipment consists of VCR equipment, visual aids, and tape records, which are for the use of students. A kit, consisting of all equipment necessary to complete the course, is to be purchased by the students. The cost of the kit is covered under tuition. Facilities for the handicapped can be discussed with the college before enrollment. Sierra College of Beauty does not teach English as a second language. School Location: Take “R” St off ramp, traveling North on highway 99. Keep left on 18th St traveling west three blocks to 0000 X 00xx Xx. School is located in middle of the block on left side of street. Parking lot is adjacent to building on right side. Count of Xxxxxx Xxxxx bus makes regular stops in front of the Employment Development at 0000 00xx Xx in the morning and in the afternoon.   • Additional Facilities If the CAISO determines that it requires Operational Control over additional transmission lines and associated facilities not then constituting part of the CAISO Controlled Grid in order to fulfill its responsibilities in relation to the CAISO Controlled Grid then the CAISO shall apply to FERC pursuant to Section 203 of the Federal Power Act, and shall make all other regulatory filings necessary to obtain approval for such change of control and shall serve a copy of all such applications on the affected Participating TO and the owner of such lines and facilities (if other than the Participating TO). In the event that a Party invokes the dispute resolution provisions identified in Section 15 with respect to the transfer of Operational Control over a facility, such facility shall not be transferred while the dispute resolution process is pending except pursuant to Section 4.5.2.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Construction The Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Upon request, within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Connecting Transmission Owner and Developer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall deliver to the Developer “as-built” drawings, relay diagrams, information and documents for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities set forth in Appendix A. The Connecting Transmission Owner [shall/shall not] transfer operational control of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities to the NYISO upon completion of such facilities.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at the sole expense of the Developer.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Purpose of Interconnection Facilities Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Interconnection Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • Alternate Facilities If under Purchaser’s Operating Schedule, roads needed for the removal of Included Timber differ substantially from Specified Roads, other roads may be added to A7. Contracting Officer shall assure that road routing, location, design, and needed easements will make such other roads acceptable as parts of the National Forest transportation facilities. Purchaser shall provide survey, design, and construction staking for such other roads. Based on design quantities from such engineering, Forest Service shall estimate Specified Road construction costs of alternate facilities, using methods consistent with those used in the original computation of the Schedule of Items. If Specified Road construction costs for acceptable alternate facilities are less than the estimated costs of facilities listed in the original Schedule of Items that Purchaser does not construct, Timber Sale Account shall be adjusted by Forest Service to reflect the reduction in costs. In event of rate redetermination under B3.3, such allowed costs shall be the redetermined estimated costs of facilities listed in the original Schedule of Items that Purchaser does not construct.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.
