Frequency and Day of Service. 39 1. Residential Streets. CONTRACTOR shall provide street sweeping 40 service for each curb mile of residential streets in the CITY once 41 per week on a scheduled route basis. CONTRACTOR shall 1 provide Street Sweeping services on the day of or the day 2 immediately following scheduled residential Organic Material 3 Collection services.

Frequency and Day of Service. CONTRACTOR shall provide 4 Residential Street Sweeping Service for each Curb Mile in the Service District once 5 every month (to be updated based on frequency selected by CITY) on a scheduled 6 route basis. Residential Street Sweeping Service shall be scheduled on the Work Day 7 following the normal Yard Trimmings Service day. However, in those instances where 8 the scheduled Residential Street Sweeping Service day falls on a holiday, 9 CONTRACTOR shall adjust the route schedule as set forth in Section 3.05. In the 10 event the Yard Trimmings Service day is moved to Saturday as a result of a holiday, the 11 Residential Street Sweeping Service will be performed on the next Work Day.

  • Cost of Services Political Subdivision shall share some expenses for the above services, supplies and equipment. It is understood that other political entities may wish to participate in the use of the County’s electronic voting equipment and polling locations, and it is agreed that Contracting Officer may enter into other contracts with entities for those purposes on terms and conditions generally similar to those set forth in this Agreement. Only the actual expenses directly attributable to this Agreement and any prorated shared expenses may be charged to Political Subdivision, plus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.
