FRANCHISEE’S Office Sample Clauses

The 'FRANCHISEE’S Office' clause defines the requirements and obligations regarding the physical or virtual office space that the franchisee must maintain during the term of the franchise agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the location, standards, and operational hours of the office, and may require the franchisee to ensure the office is adequately staffed and equipped to conduct business. By setting these expectations, the clause ensures that the franchisee maintains a professional and consistent presence, which supports brand standards and facilitates effective communication and operations.
