Common use of FRANCHISEE’S Office Clause in Contracts

FRANCHISEE’S Office. The FRANCHISEE shall maintain an office within Sonoma 694 County that provides a toll-free telephone access to residents and businesses of the CITY and is 695 staffed by trained and experienced Customer Service Representatives (“CSR’s”). Such office 696 shall be equipped with sufficient telephones that all Collection Service related calls received 697 during normal business hours are answered by an employee within five (5) rings, and shall have 698 responsible persons in charge during Collection hours and shall be open during such normal 699 business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on all Work Days. The FRANCHISEE shall provide either 700 a telephone answering service or mechanical device to receive Service Recipient inquiries during 701 those times when the office is closed. Calls received after normal business hours shall be returned 702 and addressed the next Work Day morning.
