Fort Hills Allowance. Employees will be paid a Fort Hills allowance of three hundred ($300) dollars per month that they are employed at the Fort Hills. If Employees do not report to site for a period extending beyond three (3) months, eligibility will discontinue until the Employee has returned to site.

  • Specialist Schools Allowance Funding equivalent to that which a maintained school with the Academy's characteristics would receive in respect of their participation in the specialist schools programme. In the year of conversion, this may continue to be paid by the Local Authority;
