Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property. The Community Policies are available at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/policies.pdf or on request from the management office and are considered part of this Agreement.
PROCUREMENT LOBBYING To the extent this agreement is a "procurement contract" as defined by State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, by signing this agreement the contractor certifies and affirms that all disclosures made in accordance with State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k are complete, true and accurate. In the event such certification is found to be intentionally false or intentionally incomplete, the State may terminate the agreement by providing written notification to the Contractor in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d). Commercial Crime Insurance This policy is required only if Contractor handles or has regular access to a JBE’s funds or property of significant value to the JBE. This policy must cover dishonest acts including loss due to theft of money, securities, and property; forgery, and alteration of documents; and fraudulent transfer of money, securities, and property. The minimum liability limit must be $500,000.00. To the extent that Contractor utilizes subcontractors, all subcontractors shall comply with and perform in accordance with the provisions of this Section 3 (Insurance).
Association Communications The Association will have the right to place official notices, circulars and other professional materials in teachers' mailboxes.
Anti-Lobbying Subrecipient certifies that it will comply with federal law (31 U.S.C. 1352) and regulations found at 24 CFR Part 87, which provide that:
French Language Services If the HSP is required to provide services to the public in French under the provisions of the FLSA, the HSP will be required to submit a French language services report to the Funder. If the HSP is not required to provide services to the public in French under the provisions of the FLSA, it will be required to provide a report to the Funder that outlines how the HSP addresses the needs of its local Francophone community.
