Common use of Foot Protection Clause in Contracts

Foot Protection. All personnel on the construction site shall wear leather hard-soled work boots. No one is permitted to wear sneakers (including ANSI approved), tennis shoes or athletic shoes of any type, sandals, high heels or thongs on the construction site. Clothing Suitable clothing for construction shall be worn on the construction site. Shirts with sleeves (at least t-shirt (4 inches) in length), full length pants and reflective safety vests shall be required. Shorts, sweat pants or tank-tops are not allowed.
