Common use of Foot Protection Clause in Contracts

Foot Protection. The Employer requires employees to purchase and wear approved safety shoes. The University will pay employees $90 per year to be used toward the purchase of such shoes. This payment will be extended to employees in January of each year, unless otherwise warranted by damages caused by hazards encountered on the job (i.e. chemicals, brine, weld spatter, etc.)
