F.M.L.A. Leave Less Than Three (3) Weeks Prior To The End. Of The Semester If a teacher begins F.M.L.A. leave three (3) weeks prior to the end of the semester, and the duration of the leave is greater than five (5) working days, the school district may require the teacher to continue the leave until the end of the semester.
