Common use of Floor Loads Clause in Contracts

Floor Loads. Tenant shall not place a load upon the Premises exceeding the floor load per square foot area which it was designed to carry. Landlord reserves the right to prescribe the weight and position of all safes, business machines and mechanical equipment. Such installations shall be placed and maintained by Tenant, at Tenant's expense, in settings sufficient, in Landlord's reasonable judgment, to absorb and prevent vibration, noise and annoyance.
