Common use of Floating Positions Clause in Contracts

Floating Positions. The Employer may create Floating Positions within each of the classifications of Librarian, Library Assistant, and Library Associate. The Floating Positions shall have designated FTE status, may be part-time or full-time, and may be assigned to any library within the System to cover for vacations, leaves, absences, or to supplement staff.
