Common use of Float Days Clause in Contracts

Float Days. To help deal with the stress of a busy work life, there are five (5) extra paid days away from work that every Employee is entitled to receive. Float Days may be taken, one day at a time, by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Employee. Float Days may not be added to vacations. Float Days may not be accumulated and must be used up each year.
