Common use of Flextime – Full-time Clause in Contracts

Flextime – Full-time. (i) The Employer shall be allowed to flex the normal hours of work (7 consecutive hours) between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., from 7 a.m. Monday until 4:30 p.m. Friday, unless the Employee has requested an alternate hours of work arrangement which has the nurse working beyond 4:30 p.m. on Friday or before 7:00 a.m. from Monday to Friday.
