Flexibility and Productivity. 7.7.1 The parties agree that this Agreement commits every employee of the Employer to exercise the necessary flexibility and productivity improvements and broadness of approach as contained in this Agreement so that the Employer can remain competitive in the market place.

  • RDO Flexibility The application of this clause is dependent upon consultation and agreement between the parties provided that agreement will not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Workplace Flexibility The employer must ensure that any Individual Flexibility Agreement (IFA) is genuinely agreed to by the employer and the employee and result in the employee being better off overall at the time the IFA is made than the employee would have been if no IFA had been agreed to.

  • Flexibility 13.1 The Employer and an Employee covered by this Agreement may agree to make an individual flexibility arrangement to vary the effect of terms of this Agreement if:

  • PRODUCTIVITY The Union shall place no limitations upon the amount of work which an Employee shall perform during the working day and there shall be no restrictions imposed against the use of any type of machinery, tools or labour saving devices.

  • Individual Flexibility Arrangements 7.1 An Employer and Employee covered by the Agreement may agree to make an individual flexibility arrangement to vary the effect of terms of the Agreement if:

By showing each other respect, in turn we earn respect. • Integrity – integrity is doing the right thing, knowing it is what we do when people aren’t looking that is a true reflection of who we are. • Collaboration – collaboration represents working together in partnership to achieve sustainable health care outcomes for our community with a shared understanding of our priorities. • Accountability – together we have a shared responsibility for ensuring the best health care outcomes for our community.
