Fiscal Year of Borrowers. No Borrower shall change the date of its fiscal year end without the prior written consent of Agent and the Required Lenders. As of the Closing Date, the fiscal year end of each Borrower is December 31 of each year.
Fiscal Year of Borrowers. Each Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Significant Subsidiaries to, change its Fiscal Year from that in effect on the Restatement Effective Date, except to change the Fiscal Year of a Significant Subsidiary acquired in an Approved Acquisition to conform its Fiscal Year to the Revolving Borrower's.
