Financial Methodologies. The CCR Parties and the CCBCC Parties shall have mutually reasonably agreed with respect to (i) the resolution of the matters identified on Section 7.01(f) of the CCR Disclosure Schedule related to the financial methodology underlying the preparation of the CCR 2013 Data and the CCR Closing Financial Information, and (ii) the resolution of the matters identified on Section 7.01(f) of the CCBCC Disclosure Schedule related to the financial methodology underlying the preparation of the CCBCC 2013 Data and the CCBCC Closing Financial Information.
