Common use of Financial Assistance Award Amendments Clause in Contracts

Financial Assistance Award Amendments. Amendments to the Financial Assistance Award are implemented as a full restatement of the Financial Assistance Award modified to reflect the amendment for each fiscal year. Therefore, if an amendment to this Agreement contains a new Financial Assistance Award, the Financial Assistance Award in the amendment supersedes and replaces, in its entirety, any prior Financial Assistance Award for that fiscal year.
