Final RER. The final RER is due as stated in Attachment C to this agreement. The final RER must be clearly marked “Final”. Final RERs not received by the due date may result in the loss of funding requested on the Preliminary Close-out Report and may result in the potential reduction in the subsequent year’s agreement amount.

  • Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement. The CAM will review the Final Report, which will be due at least two months before the Agreement end date. When creating the Final Report Outline and the Final Report, the Recipient must use the Style Manual provided by the CAM.

  • Initial Assessment A Board-designated Administrator shall determine whether the alleged conduct merits an investigation.

  • Civil Penalty Payment Pursuant to Health and Safety Code§ 25249.7(b)(2), and in settlement of all claims alleged in the Notice or referred to in this Settlement Agreement, XXXX agrees to pay Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00) in civil penalties.   • Special Assessment The intent of a special assessment is to identify problems regarding a member’s performance of duties and, if necessary, to develop a plan to address these problems. When the appropriate Xxxx or Vice President has reasonable grounds to believe there is a problem regarding a member’s performance of duties, the Xxxx shall meet with the member, and any other appropriate individuals, in an attempt to clarify and, if necessary, rectify the situation. If, following such meeting(s), the Xxxx or Vice President determines that a special assessment is called for, the Xxxx shall meet and confer with the appropriate chairperson in the design of an appropriate evaluation, which may or may not involve the DEC, and shall inform the affected member in writing of the particulars of the scheduled evaluation. The evaluator(s) shall submit a written report of the results of the evaluation, including any recommended actions, to the Xxxx, the Chairperson and the affected member; such report shall be placed in the member’s personnel file. Should the evaluation report identify matters requiring remedial action, the evaluators, in consultation with the affected member, shall develop a specific plan with a schedule of compliance, which shall be implemented. The evaluators shall provide a written copy of the plan to be implemented to the affected member, the Xxxx or Vice President, and the member’s personnel file. If the member fails to cooperate, the matter may be remanded to the process of Article 16. In the event that the member in question is the Spokesperson or the department Chairperson, that role in the process shall be filled by the Chairperson of the DEC. Records of a special assessment and related documents shall be removed from the personnel file following the affected member’s next formal evaluation, unless the Xxxx, in consultation with the DEC, determines otherwise.

  • Deviation from Grievance Procedure The Employer agrees that, after a grievance has been discussed at Step 2 of the grievance procedure the Employer or his representatives shall not initiate any discussion or negotiations with respect to the grievance, either directly or indirectly with the aggrieved employee without the consent of the xxxxxxx or the Union.

  • Texas Education Code Chapter 22 Contractor Certification for Contractor Employees Introduction Texas Education Code Chapter 22 requires entities that contract with school districts to provide service s to obtain criminal history record information regarding covered employees. Contractors must certify to the district t hat they have complied. Covered employees with disqualifying criminal histories are prohibited from serving at a sch ool district. Definitions: Covered employees: Employees of a contractor or subcontractor who have or will have continuing dutie s related to the service to be performed at the District and have or will have direct contact with students. The District will be the final arbiter of what constitutes direct contact with students. Disqualifying criminal history: Any conviction or other criminal history information designated by the District, or one of the following offenses, if at the time of the o ffense, the victim was under 18 or enrolled in a public school: (a) a felony offense under Title 5, Texas Penal Code; (b) an offense for which a defendant is required to register as a sex offender under Chapter 62, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure; or (c) an equivalent offense under federal law or the laws of another state. I certify that: NONE (Section A) of the employees of Contractor and any subcontractors are covered employees, as defined abo ve. If this box is checked, I further certify that Contractor has taken precautions or imposed conditions to ensure tha t the employees of Contractor and any subcontractor will not become covered employees.   • Criminal Record Check The Employer will pay for the cost of any criminal records checks required as a condition of continued employment.

  • Final Reports Within ninety (90) days of receipt of the Required Documents, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall publish its findings to the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee. The Asset Representations Reviewer shall provide the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee with the following reports as a result of the Asset Representations Review (collectively, the “Final Reports”):
