Final Reports means all final third party reports delivered to Purchaser in connection with Purchaser’s Investigations without any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or any other matter regarding such reports and shall Seller shall not have any right to rely on same without the written consent of the preparer of such reports. Final Reports means a final descriptive and financial report which must be submitted by all award recipients or their fiscal sponsors within thirty (30) days after the ending date stipulated in the contract. Geotechnical reports shall conform to accepted technical standards and must be prepared by qualified professional engineers or geologists who have professional expertise about the regional and local shoreline geology and processes.

  • Supplemental Report means a Supplemental Report delivered by the Issuer to Treasury pursuant to the Definitive Agreement.

  • Phase I Environmental Report means a report by an Independent Person who regularly conducts environmental site assessments in accordance with then current standards imposed by institutional commercial mortgage lenders and who has a reasonable amount of experience conducting such assessments.
