Final Reports definition

Final Reports means the reports prepared by the Reserves Consultant, the Technical Consultant and the Environmental Consultant in relation to the Borrowing Base Assets.
Final Reports shall describe the entire work performed under the Contract in sufficient detail to explain comprehensively the work undertaken and results archived including all relevant technical details of any hardware, software, process or system developed there under. The technical detail shall be sufficient to permit independent reproduction of any such process or system.
Final Reports. The Grantee shall submit a Final Financial Status Report and Performance Report 90 days after the close of the grant. Performance Reports should be submitted to the Assistance Officer, listed under Article VI, FEMA Officials.

Examples of Final Reports in a sentence

  • At that time, the Sponsor has the option of electing to provide any missing documentation or clarification requested pursuant to Section 2.3.3 or Section 2.3.4. If the Sponsor elects not to provide any additional information, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall publish its Final Reports (as described in Section 3.2).

  • The Asset Representations Reviewer shall have no obligation to retain information supplied to it, the Preliminary Reports, the Final Reports or any other reports generated by it pursuant to this Agreement (the “Sponsor Records”) for longer than two (2) years following the filing of all required reports described in this Agreement (the “Retention Period”).

  • Accordingly, Alberta Innovates may publish and/or disseminate in the public domain certain information about the Project contained in the Application, the Progress and Final Reports, and/or annual surveys, but only where such information is explicitly marked as ‘non-confidential’.

  • Final Reports - The Recipient is required to submit final reports, both Financial (SF-425) and Performance within 90 days of the grant expiration.

  • However, the final Grant payment shall be made only after receipt by LLS of satisfactory Final Reports (Progress, Patent/Invention Disclosure and Financial) as set forth in section L below (Reporting Requirements).

  • All Interim and Final Reports shall contain a Disclaimer Statement on the credit sheet and a Credit Reference on the report cover and/or title page as referenced in the Research Manual.

More Definitions of Final Reports

Final Reports means the vendor due diligence report to be prepared by the Contractor in connection with the Transaction and approved by the Client in accordance with ST 9.2;
Final Reports means a final descriptive and financial report which must be submitted by all award recipients or their fiscal sponsors within thirty (30) days after the ending date stipulated in the contract. Final report instructions are included in the award contract packet. The project director prepares the report and the authorizing official reviews the report before submission. The NMA keeps twenty percent (20%) of all funds awarded until satisfactory final reports are submitted. Funding is on a reimbursement basis. Award recipients or their fiscal sponsors who fail to submit the required final report on time can result in loss of twenty percent (20%) of the contracted amount. Non-receipt of required reports may jeopardize future funding from New Mexico arts.
Final Reports means detailed technical and financial reports to be submitted to the Commission by 30 April each year at the latest for the entire year of application of the programmes, as provided for in Article 24(7)(b) of Decision 90/424/EEC;
Final Reports means all final third party reports delivered to Purchaser in connection with Purchaser’s Investigations without any representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or any other matter regarding such reports and shall Seller shall not have any right to rely on same without the written consent of the preparer of such reports. Final Reports. The Grantee shall submit a Final Financial Status Report and Performance Report 90 days after the close of the grant. Final performance reports for project grants shall include a complete listing of properties mitigated TERMINATION: The Grantee, Sub-grantee, or FEMA may terminate grant award agreements by giving written notice to the other party at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the termination. All notices are to be transmitted via registered or certified mail, return receipt requested. The Grantee’s authority to incur new costs will be terminated upon the date of receipt of the notice or the date set forth in the notice. Any costs incurred up to the earlier of the date of the receipt of the notice or the date of termination set forth in the notice will be negotiated for final payment. Close out of the grant award will be commenced and processed as prescribed under Article VII. 3.

Related to Final Reports

  • Final Report means the report described as a final report in RCW 42.17A.235(11)(a).

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Financial Reports means the Annual Financial Statements and the Interim Accounts.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Collateral Reports means the reports with respect to the Collateral referred to in Annex F.
