Final Cost Report or Cost Reports. Upon completion of principal photography, Company shall submit to the WGA a detailed report of actual expenditures and any other relevant materials required by the WGA showing the actual cost of production. If the actual production cost of the Picture exceeds the budget level originally indicated when applying to use the Low Budget Agreement, full payment of any sums necessary to bring each writer’s payment in compliance with the minimum rates required by the MBA shall become due and payable within seven (7) days of the date the Company knows or should have known the budget of the Picture increased. The minimums are set forth in the WGA Schedule of Minimums.

  • COST REPORT 29 A. CONTRACTOR shall submit separate Cost Reports for each Period, or for a portion thereof, to 30 COUNTY no later than forty-five (45) calendar days following the period for which they are prepared or 31 termination of this Contract. CONTRACTOR shall prepare the Cost Report in accordance with all 32 applicable federal, state and COUNTY requirements, GAAP and the Special Provisions Paragraph of this 33 Contract. CONTRACTOR shall allocate direct and indirect costs to and between programs, cost centers, 34 services, and funding sources in accordance with such requirements and consistent with prudent business 35 practice, which costs and allocations shall be supported by source documentation maintained by 36 CONTRACTOR, and available at any time to ADMINISTRATOR upon reasonable notice.

  • Litigation Reporting If Contractor is served with a pleading or other document in connection with an action before a court or other administrative decision making body, and such pleading or document relates to this Participating Addendum or may affect Contractor’s ability to perform its obligations under this Participating Addendum, Contractor shall, within 10 days after being served, notify the State of such action and deliver copies of such pleading or document to the State’s primary contact identified in §5 of the Participating Addendum .

  • Expert Reports Without prejudice to the appointment of other kinds of experts where authorised by the applicable arbitration rules, the tribunal, at the request of the disputing parties, may appoint one or more experts to report to it in writing on any factual issue concerning environmental, public health, safety or other scientific matters raised by a disputing party in a proceeding, subject to such terms and conditions as the disputing parties may agree.

  • AUDIT REPORT SUBMISSION Audit reports must be submitted no later than 150 days following cancellation, termination or expiration of this Agreement.

  • Test Reports Should a test report (“Test Report”) be required on the purchase order, the Test Report must be signed or stamped by an authorized representative of the supplier. It must contain, as a minimum, supplier name and address, Buyer part number, purchase order number, quantity, date shipped, heat/lot number, all acceptance criteria for specification and list all of the specifications i.e. MIL-P, AMS, ASTM, etc. which would apply to the shipment.   • Cost Recovery Fee You understand and agree that in order for XOOM to offer and fulfill its fixed rate obligation to you, it has to purchase electricity in advance of usage in amounts needed to cover the full term of this Agreement. If you cancel this Agreement early, you will be responsible for paying the cost recovery fee (“Cost Recovery Fee”) set forth in the Contract Summary, which is intended not as a penalty, but simply to offset the cost of selling the unused portion of your electricity to others and estimated lost revenue that XOOM may incur from such a sale, if any, and related expenses. It will take time for your local utility company to cancel your XOOM account. During that time you agree to pay for the electricity you consume that is supplied by XOOM.
