Filler Loads. When a driver leaves a terminal with a full load and delivers one (1) or more vehicles to a consignee and then proceeds to another termi- nal or point of pickup and loads additional vehicles destined to- wards his original destination, said additional vehicles loaded at the secondary point shall be considered as a filler load. In such instanc- es, the drivers shall be paid as follows:

  • Television Equipment Recycling If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.
