Specific Terminal to Dealer Rates. (Zone & Flat Rates) Contract and common carriers (truckaway drivers) rates from spe- cific terminals to specific dealers, as defined in accordance with the present practices, shall be increased on: June 1, 2022 9.0% June 1, 2023 5.0% plus COLA June 1, 2024 4.0% plus COLA June 1, 2025 COLA The above increases exclude shuttles and incentives which will be worked out on a local basis. The applicable terminal additive as set forth in Article 45, Section 1(b) shall be paid in addition to the rate.
