Common use of Field Trainer Clause in Contracts

Field Trainer. ‌ A member who is qualified by the Justice Institute of British Columbia Police Academy, and/or designated by Management, as a Field Trainer and who is assigned to perform field training duties, shall receive, in addition to regular pay, compensation in the amount of an additional seven point five percent (7.5%) of the hourly wage of a First (1st) Class Constable for all hours worked on each day the member is engaged in the provision of field training to a recruit.
