Common use of Field Trainer Clause in Contracts

Field Trainer. A member who is a qualified Field Trainer and is required to perform field training duties shall receive, in addition to regular pay, daily compensation in the amount of one‐half (½) of the difference between the daily rate of a 1st Class Constable (rank index of 100%) and the daily rate of a Sergeant (120%) for the time worked as a Field Trainer.
