Common use of Field Service Clause in Contracts

Field Service. A. An employee assigned to perform emergency field service work away from Midway will be paid in accordance with the Agreement for all hours worked and required to be spent to travel to and from such assignment. B. Upon completion of such emergency field service work, an employee shall return to Midway or in accordance with the orders he received from the person to whom he was ordered to report in the field. C. An employee assigned to perform field service work away from Midway other than emergency field service work will be paid for all hours worked, provided, however, that if the employee is required to travel during regular working hours, he will suffer no loss in pay. In connection with such assignments, employees will be allowed reasonable expenses for transportation, meals and lodging in accordance with the Company regulations.
