Fiat Funds. Where permitted under applicable laws, you can load Fiat Funds into your Account using your bank, credit card, or other forms of transaction supported by the Platform from time to time, provided that if you are a resident of the United Arab Emirates, you will not be able to deposit, hold, use or withdraw any Fiat Funds in or from your Account. Neither Trek Labs Ltd FZE nor Trek Labs, Inc. provides any services in Fiat Funds. Your fiat balance will not be credited to your Account until after the bank transfer has cleared, usually within three to five business days. The name on your linked bank account and your wire transfer must match the name verified on your Account. Your Fiat Funds are maintained in pooled custodial accounts at one or more third party financial institutions. Backpack Exchange will not use customer funds for its operating expenses or any other corporate purposes. Backpack Exchange’s proprietary funds will not be co-mingled with customer’s Fiat Funds.

  • Match Funds The goal of this subtask is to ensure that the Recipient obtains any match funds planned for this Agreement and applies them to the Agreement during the Agreement term. While the costs to obtain and document match funds are not reimbursable under this Agreement, the Recipient may spend match funds for this task. The Recipient may only spend match funds during the Agreement term, either concurrently or prior to the use of Energy Commission funds. Match funds must be identified in writing, and the Recipient must obtain any associated commitments before incurring any costs for which the Recipient will request reimbursement. The Recipient shall: • Prepare a Match Funds Status Letter that documents the match funds committed to this Agreement. If no match funds were part of the proposal that led to the Energy Commission awarding this Agreement and none have been identified at the time this Agreement starts, then state this in the letter. If match funds were a part of the proposal that led to the Energy Commission awarding this Agreement, then provide in the letter: o A list of the match funds that identifies:  The amount of cash match funds, their source(s) (including a contact name, address, and telephone number), and the task(s) to which the match funds will be applied.  The amount of each in-kind contribution, a description of the contribution type (e.g., property, services), the documented market or book value, the source (including a contact name, address, and telephone number), and the task(s) to which the match funds will be applied. If the in-kind contribution is equipment or other tangible or real property, the Recipient must identify its owner and provide a contact name, address, telephone number, and the address where the property is located.  If different from the solicitation application, provide a letter of commitment from an authorized representative of each source of match funding that the funds or contributions have been secured. • At the Kick-off meeting, discuss match funds and the impact on the project if they are significantly reduced or not obtained as committed. If applicable, match funds will be included as a line item in the progress reports and will be a topic at CPR meetings. • Provide a Supplemental Match Funds Notification Letter to the CAM of receipt of additional match funds. • Provide a Match Funds Reduction Notification Letter to the CAM if existing match funds are reduced during the course of the Agreement. Reduction of match funds may trigger a CPR meeting.   • Surplus Funds Any surplus funds remaining at the close of each fiscal year will be used to enhance the Charter School’s academic program. Under no circumstances shall any surplus be distributed to the Charter School’s employee(s), board member(s), educational service provider or educational management organization. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent the Charter School from setting aside surplus funds in a reserve account or budgeting and awarding performance bonuses as part of their annual operating expenses.

  • Good Funds All amounts payable by the parties at Closing, including any loan proceeds, Cash at Closing 120 and closing costs, must be in funds that comply with all applicable Colorado laws, including electronic transfer funds, certified 121 check, savings and loan teller’s check and cashier’s check (Good Funds).

  • TRUST FUNDS The Owner hereby gives power to the Agent to deposit all receipts collected for the Owner, less any sums properly deducted or disbursed, in a financial institution whose deposits are insured by an agency of the United States government. The funds shall be held in a trust account separate from the Agent’s personal accounts. The Agent shall not be liable in the event of a bankruptcy or failure of a financial institution. All funds managed under this section must be done so in accordance with applicable law.

  • PROJECT FUNDS INDOT will not share in the cost of the Project. INDOT will disburse funds from time to time; however, INDOT will be reimbursed by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) or the LPA. Payment will be made for the services performed under this Contract in accordance with Attachment D (Project Funds), which is herein attached to and made an integral part of this Contract.

  • Operating Account To the extent funds are not required to be placed in a lockbox pursuant to any Loan Documents, Property Manager shall deposit all rents and other funds collected from the operation of the Property in a reputable bank or financial institution in a special trust or depository account or accounts for the Property maintained by Property Manager for the benefit of the Company (such accounts, together with any interest earned thereon, shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Operating Account”). Property Manager shall maintain books and records of the funds deposited in and withdrawals from the Operating Account. With funds from Company, Property Manager shall maintain the Operating Account so that an amount at least as great as the budgeted expenses for such month is in the Operating Account as of the first of each month. From the Operating Account, Property Manager shall pay the operating expenses of the Property and any other payments relative to the Property as required by this Agreement. If more than one account is necessary to operate the Property, each account shall have a unique name, except to the extent any Lender requires sub-accounts within any account. Within three (3) months after receipt by Property Manager, all rents and other funds collected in the Operating Account, after payment of all operating expenses, debt service and such amounts as may be determined by the Property Manager to be retained for reserves or improvements, shall be paid to the Company.

  • SUPPLANTING GOVERNMENT FUNDS 18 CONTRACTOR shall not supplant any federal, State, or COUNTY funds intended for the 19 purposes of this Agreement with any funds made available under this Agreement. 20 CONTRACTOR shall not claim reimbursement from COUNTY for, or apply sums received from 21 COUNTY with respect to, that portion of its obligations which have been paid by another source 22 of revenue. CONTRACTOR agrees that it shall not use funds received pursuant to this Agreement, 23 either directly or indirectly, as a contribution or compensation for purposes of obtaining federal, 24 State, or COUNTY funds under any federal, State, or COUNTY program without prior written 25 approval of ADMINISTRATOR.

  • New Entity Accounts The following rules and procedures apply for purposes of identifying U.S. Reportable Accounts and accounts held by Nonparticipating Financial Institutions among Financial Accounts held by Entities and opened on or after July 1, 2014 (“New Entity Accounts”).

  • GRANT FUNDS The Provider will not commingle grant funds (payments and reimbursements made under this Agreement) with other personal or business accounts. The U.S. Department of Justice, DOJ Grants Financial Guide does not require physical segregation of cash deposits or the establishment of any eligibility requirements for funds which are provided to a Provider. The Provider’s accounting systems must ensure grant funds are not commingled with funds on either a program-by-program or a project-by-project basis. Grant funds specifically budgeted and received for one project may not be used to support another. Where the Provider's existing accounting system cannot comply with this requirement, the Provider will establish an additional accounting system to provide adequate grant fund accountability for each project. In accordance with the provisions of section 287.0582, Florida Statutes, if the terms of this Agreement and reimbursement contemplated by this Agreement extend beyond the current fiscal year, the OAG's performance and obligation to reimburse under this Agreement are contingent upon an annual appropriation and spending authority by the Florida Legislature. In addition, the OAG’s performance and obligation to reimburse under this Agreement is contingent upon the OAG's Victims of Crime Act award, as funded through the U.S. Department of Justice, Office for Victims of Crime formula grant program.
