Felony Case File (FCF. This file consists of documents related to the prosecution of a defendant charged with a felony as defined by statute. Documents include, but are not limited to: Court documents (Complaint, Information, Petition, Supplemental Petition, Pleas and Waiver forms, Arrest/Bench Warrants), police reports, DA Documents (Police Data Worksheet, Charge Evaluation Worksheet, DDA Fact Summary, Chronology, Case Declination and Referral, Pleading Instructions, Jury Selection Documents, Subpoenas, Witness List, Disposition Report), Motions, Priors (Rap Sheet, Department of Corrections Packet), Discovery Documents, Transcripts, Search Warrants/Wiretap Documents, Probation Report, Probation Violation Worksheet, Criminal fingerprint card, photographs, Scientific Reports (Autopsy, DNA, Ballistics, Fingerprints, other Lab Reports), Medical/Psychiatric Reports, Asset Forfeiture Notice, Media Reports, photographs and miscellaneous correspondence. The documents are of varying sizes, paper type and color. Each Felony Case File Jacket Package consists of a set of three to four primary fields: Defendant(s) First Name, Last Name, DA Case Number, and /or Court Case Number. Special handling of cases such as Lifer, Life Without Parole, High Profile, Death Penalty and Open Warrants shall be returned to the originating location upon completion of scanning.

  • EMPLOYEE FILES 10.01 A copy of any completed formal evaluation which is to be placed in an employee’s file shall be first reviewed with the employee. The employee shall initial such evaluation as having been read and shall have the opportunity to add her or his views to such evaluation prior to it being placed in her or his file. It is understood that such evaluations do not constitute disciplinary action by the Employer against the employee. Having provided a written request to the Director of Care, or her designate, an employee shall be entitled to her personnel file for the purpose of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein, in the presence of the Director of Care, at a mutually agreeable time.

  • Grievance Files Written grievances and responses will be maintained separately from the employee’s personnel file.

  • COMPUTER GRAPHICS FILES The Engineer agrees to comply with Attachment G, Computer Graphics Files for Document and Information Exchange, if determined by the State to be applicable to this contract.

  • Computer Files Marked The Seller shall, at its own expense, on or before the Closing Date, indicate in its computer files that the Receivables have been sold to the Purchaser pursuant to this Receivables Purchase Agreement and deliver to the Purchaser the Receivable Schedule, certified by an officer of the Seller to be true, correct and complete.

  • Employee File 27.01 Upon request to their immediate supervisor, employees are entitled to read, review and be provided with one (1) copy of any document in their human resources file at a mutually agreed time. The Senior Union Official, or designate, with the written authority of the employee, shall be entitled to review the employee's human resource file in the workplace, in order to facilitate the investigation of a grievance. The employee or the Senior Union Official, as the case may be, shall give the Employer seven (7) days' notice prior to examining the file. Employees shall have the right to rebut in writing any document, including but not limited to disciplinary notices and evaluations, in their human resources file. Such rebuttals, other than grievances, shall be attached to the document and placed in the personnel file.

  • Receivable Files Complete There exists a Receivable File pertaining to each Receivable. Related documentation concerning the Receivable, including any documentation regarding modifications of the Contract, will be maintained electronically by the Servicer in accordance with customary policies and procedures. With respect to any Receivables that are tangible chattel paper, the complete Receivable File for each Receivable currently is in the possession of the Custodian.

  • Personal Files 2.5.1 The employer shall ensure that personal files are held in a secure place and access is confined to authorised personnel and the employee concerned.

  • Access to Public Records The Department may unilaterally cancel this Contract for refusal by the Contractor to comply with this section by not allowing public access to all documents, papers, letters or other material made or received by the Contractor in conjunction with the Contract, unless the records are exempt from section 24(a) of Article I of the State Constitution and section 119.07(1), Florida Statutes.

  • Public Records Requests If the Department receives a public records request for materials designated by the Contractor as trade secret or otherwise confidential under Florida or federal law, the Contractor will be responsible for taking the appropriate legal action in response to the request. If the Contractor fails to take appropriate and timely action to protect the materials designated as trade secret or otherwise confidential, the Department will provide the materials to the requester.

  • EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND EMPLOYEE FILES 56.01 For the purpose of this Article:
